Best (or Worst) Question to ask your interviewer:

I heard that the culture at XXX is very cut throat. Is it true?

😂😂😂

Well, the fact that the interviewer has been with the company for nine years probably suggests 2 possibilities:

1. It is not cut throat. Simply because. She's still here after nine years.

2. She's excellent at cutting throats. Simply because. She's still here after nine years.

Kids say the darndest things, don't they? 😂

I guess a better way of asking the question would be, "What is the culture at XXX like?"

Then again it might lead to diplomatic answers like, it's inclusive, and not addressing the real concern, i.e would my throat get cut if I join your company?

Better go straight to the point and ask what I really want to know.

I guess that's the mentality of youngsters these days?

Nonetheless I had fun interviewing and getting interviewed. 😁

2nd Best (or Worst) Question to ask your interviewer:

What are you looking for in the candidate?

It's like asking your teacher during an exam, "What is the answer to this question?"?

What is the point of having exams again? 😂

Parents-teacher meeting tomorrow morning!

We have only 15 minutes so we have been asked to choose 2 areas we are most keen to learn and discuss on.

The areas ranged from specific skill sets like art to soft skills like social interaction.

I have forgotten what exactly we chose but I think it is around social interaction and confidence?

Actually, we want to know everything. 😂

"What would Tat Aun say about me?"
