Happy first day of school / work!

We were off to a great start this morning, because the little boss greeted me with a cheery "Good morning, Mummy!" when I went to her room, before I even greeted her.

She took her vitamins without any negotiations for tablet and got changed without asking for "Another shirt".

She contemplated bringing Baby duck to school but when I reminded her not to leave it in school again, she told me, "Baby duck stay home."

But when we all got changed and were about to leave the house, she suddenly said, "Want poop! Take potty."

She even specifically requested for Yaya to help her say "Umm umm".

But it was a fluke.
She wasn't going to poop.
She sat down on the potty but did nothing to push out her poop.

So we were just stranded at the door waiting for her and she refused to stand up even when we walked out of the house.

In the end I had to lure her up from the potty with my phone.

She didn't want to let us carry her bag.

And didn't want to look or smile at the camera.

So yeah blogger style #ootd again. 😅

As expected, drop-off was bad.

She wanted me to take her into the classroom so I did, but when her Chinese teacher tried to take over, she basically screamed "NO!!" and cried like someone hit her.

Her Teacher had to carry her away and I quickly kissed her goodbye and told her I'd see her tonight.

Aye partied at home for too long. 😂

I guess I'm not ready for the first work day of the new year too. 😂😂

Cannot carry a notebook around without knowing what it really says.

I love the book but obviously I read the English version. I've always thought, and still think, it's a children's book for adults but I've decided it'd be the first book I'd introduce to Clarissa once she knows how to read.

My alternative comfort food, healthier option.

The hubs had to work late so I came back on my own.

The sticker books have finally arrived.

She's having dinner while introducing each animal to my dad. 😂

She brought home a handicraft she made in school.

When my dad asked her what it is, she said, "I don't know!"

Walked with my dad to the MRT station.

Someone was running though. 😅

And then she tried to do some tap dance moves while walking down the slope.
