This morning, we were driving into the carpark when we saw her classmate resting on her mum's shoulder as they entered the lift lobby.
While the hubs was parking the car, she said, "I want to lie down on Daddy's shoulder."
I'm always the one carrying her out of the car and to school but this morning, Daddy had the honour of doing this.. while she pretended to sleep on his shoulder. π
I sometimes wonder what's going on in her mind, and I'm always amazed (and sometimes shocked) by the things she says and does.
Love her so much.
We got to school, and the same classmate was literally lying on the floor, crying and throwing a major tantrum because her mom left the school.
And our little girl simply waved us goodbye and sat down quietly in front of her classmate.
She looked at her crying classmate, looked up at us again.. and smiled.
Like she was embarrassed. π
And then she waved goodbye again, we said "have fun!" and left the school.
