This little bubs turns 15 months young today!
The reason why we have time for photos is because she woke up way too early from her nap today, and Jiejie is still napping.
Good thing I managed to do a quick CNY abalone and goodies shopping after Jiejie fell asleep and before Meimei woke up.
That’s her pointing at the room door and saying “Deh deh!”
She then proceeded to knock on the door and I had to stop her quickly.
I took Clarissa out earlier this morning to get supplies for her homework.. But Popular was closed. 😅😂
I told her, oh dear the art and craft shop is not open!
She consoled me by saying, “It’s ok Mummy! We can go to Toy’r’us for a walk instead!”

So here we are.
Picking a small toy for herself and Meimei.
Our usual hunt at Tonkichi.
The waitress recommended a fish and rice set for us to share, which made sense.. but this little girl said to me, “I want the kid’s udon with Yakult!”
The waitress then suggested buying the Yakult separately, which also made sense.. but this little girl said to me, “But I want the Yakult and the kid’s udon!”
Hahaha I love it that she has an opinion. 🤣
She finished the entire bowl of udon for the first time ever!
Plus a piece of chicken and some fries on the side.
Wow.
The best part was when we headed down to the basement to buy lunch for my helper, and she said to me, “Mummy, I think I smell waffles!

We were walking home when she squatted down mid track and said, “Mummy, I don’t have energy to walk anymore.”
I asked her what “energy” meant.
“Energy means if you have no energy to walk, you cannot walk. If you have only a little energy to walk, you also cannot walk,” said the little physics expert.

When we got out of the lift, Allie was already waiting for us at the gate, saying “Dehdeh, dehdeh!”

The two then proceeded to roll around in bed before their respective naps.
Post nap, I left them on their own to take a quick water break, only to hear Jiejie crying.
Rushed over, and Jiejie told me, through tears, that Allie had pulled and tangled her hair about “seven times”.. while Allie looked super innocent but kept slapping her Jiejie’s arm like she was trying to stop her from complaining. 😂
In fact Jiejie has complained to me before, how Meimei always pinches her arm and pulls her hair.
I’d tried to explain that it’s because Meimei loves her and wants to play with her, but she doesn’t know how to control her strength.
Jiejie didn’t buy it.
She said to me, “But loving is not pinching or pulling hair!”
Ok, you are right too.
