Our day started at 645am after someone slept for almost 11 hours!
She followed her Daddy out of the room to the kitchen, only to freeze in her steps because it was cold outside.
Came back into the room to wrap herself up.
Oooh chef at work.
Ham and onion bacon omelette with toast!
This one had corn flakes with fork and spoon.
We stepped out of the house for the animal feeding session.
Still looking all bright and cheery.
And then the craziness started.
You see, my fear of anything with fur, however irrational, is real.
So to be this close to animals was really way out of my comfort zone.
To make things worse, I was carrying Clarissa and she could probably sense my fear, so she went berserk too.
I did, however, manage to feed the sheep once, but was so flustered because suddenly ALL the animals surrounded me, I dropped a shoe and Clarissa watched on the sidelines, crying.
It was hysterical.
After a while she said she wanted to feed the animals so we let her, and she did it successfully.
But no pictures because we all got our hands full.
She broke down crying again after the sheep ate from her hand. I think it was because we laughed too loudly (or nervously).
The hubs had a go with every type of animal though. π
They don't bite but their tongues are wet.
I cannot do this. ππ
After we were done with the sheep, emu and cow, we walked over to another area to feed the chickens.
πΆ: "I not scared! I never cry one!"
πππ
Yeah right.
Cried until we had to use her t-shirt to wipe her snot off lor. π
Because we didn't bring any wipes or tissue paper along.
πΆ: "I want to feed the chicken!"
And she really did.
But Daddy said it was actually quite painful to be pecked, so once only.
Reunited with her friend. π
And then we were off to the diary company for ice cream!
πΆ: "I want the pink spoon!"
These two were having a good time.
Until the big kid tried to take ice cream from the small kid. ππ
πΆ: "Eh! Daddy cannot take SOME!"
I suppose she said "some" because she understands "some" to be more than "a bit".
Enjoying the last bit of the cone.
With the cup still in her other hand.
She drank it all up.
Anyway she didn't eat that much because we were busying wolfing it down so she can't overeat.
This is the life. π π
Hopped over to the chocolate company and sat down for a croissant and milk shake.
And then to the nougat company which has this amazing lake.
Eating her favorite biscuit.
She's a biscuit monster today.
She's a little high by now. π
πΆ: "I cannot step on the bee."
She said and treaded very carefully.
Indeed there were many bees flying over the little yellow flowers.
I asked her to take a wefie with me but she said to wait for Daddy who's buying nougat in the shop.
But she walked around me and gave me a back hug instead. ππ
Here we are!
Took a long drive down to the lighthouse!
The little one napped for an hour which was good.
Disturbed by the flies. ππ
Lovely view!
In fact the entire stretch was gorgeous!
Biscuit monster at work.
She ate 7 biscotti biscuits and one packet of Wang Wang today. π
On our way back, she asked me very sweetly, "Mummy, can you carry me?"
I answered, "Of course! Mummy would carry you for as long as you want me to!"
Daddy said, "Wahlao ε―δ»₯δΈθ¦ι ±emo ε?"
πππ
This is the life II.
A typical conversation in the car would go like this.
π¦: What shall we do for tomorrow?
π§: Tomorrow? We can..
πΆ: Hey! Daddy don't talk.
π§: Why cannot talk?
πΆ: Because.. don't want Daddy to talk.
πΆ turns to look out of the window and starts singing to herself, usually "Old McDonald had a farm". ππ
We got back to Margaret River to get dinner and this girl went nuts again, running up and down the street.
Look at how Daddy was holding on to her? π
Home sweet home.
She asked me to sing her songs about Clarissa and her duck and Clarissa and her Bolster.
Hahaha so I made up a song to the tune of Mary had a little lamb.
Bedtime was delayed tonight because she tried to poop while I was making milk for her!
Emotional as usual but I'm not complaining! She pooped two days in a row! It's a good thing! ππ
Heading back to Perth city and then to the airport tomorrow!
